Why The Salon Exists
Many of the most interesting conversations — the ones that change how we think or what we go on to build — don’t happen on panels, stages, or large networking floors.
They happen at tables, in intimate environments, and with a special atmosphere which has a little something you can't quite put your finger on.
The Salon was created to reclaim that space: a slower, more human format for connection, where people can speak candidly, listen closely, and explore ideas without the pressure to impress or extract.
How It’s Designed
Each Salon is intentionally small and structured, while still feeling relaxed.
This includes:
A curated guest list spanning different industries and perspectives
Rotating seating to encourage cross-pollination
Thoughtful prompts designed to spark meaningful discussion
An emphasis on unreasonable hospitality, atmosphere, and pace
The structure exists to support depth and maximise guest enjoyment and wonder throughout the evening.
